Refund policy
At this time, we do not accept returns unless there was a mistake with your order or a printing issue. We have partnered with vendors that print and ship your orders, which means we are not fully involved in the quality control process. However, we have carefully selected our vendors for their quality, so rest assured that the prints and garments meet our standards.
If there is an error with the print or your order arrives incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@jimmyviquez.design. We will work with our vendor to resolve the issue by either sending you a replacement or issuing a refund.
Please note that once an order enters the printing or shipping phase, it cannot be canceled.
Digital Products
We also sell digital products, which are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. If you experience any technical issues with your digital purchase, please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@jimmyviquez.design so we can modify the file and send you a corrected version.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Since all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is a printing error or mistake with your order, we will correct the issue.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Digital Products

Refunds
If a refund is approved due to a printing error or order mistake, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@jimmyviquez.design.
