At Jimmy Viquez Design, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality prints every time you order. To ensure this, all our products are printed when your order is fulfilled—meaning each piece is made just for you!

Processing & Fulfillment

We’ve partnered with trusted vendors who handle the printing and shipping of your order. Since we are not directly involved in this process, delivery times may vary. However, we’ve thoroughly tested the quality of our garments and prints to ensure you get the best value for your hard-earned money.

Once your order is placed:

• Orders are typically sent to print within 1-2 business days.
• Our vendor takes approximately 2-3 business days to print and prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

• Once printed, your order is shipped using common carriers across the U.S.
• Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after printing is complete, depending on your location.
• Please allow up to 14 days for tracking updates. If you see no movement after 14 days, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue with our vendor.

Rest assured, you will receive tracking updates via email from both us and our vendor as soon as your order ships.
